Drowsy Maggie is a quite challenging tune because you need to use tongue switching to get a nice flow in the A part. The B part does not contain any tongue switching and therefore is a lot simpler.

This reel is in E minor. We play it in 3rd position with a harmonica in the key of Low D in Standard Richter tuning.

Drowsy Maggie Reel has an A and B part and each part is repeated twice.
